We have have hundred of trusted vendors located in China. Your item may be shipped separately if you order more than one items.

We provide worldwide free shipping with optional paid express shipping choices.

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We believe in having good relationship with customer, thus we can offer you REFUND if the item shipped to you is broken, different color/model, or the item has not arrived after 60 days. However we impose strictly NO RETURN or EXCHANGE.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS NOT A SCAM?
This website is 100% secure by using SSL Certificate. You can also always check our Indonesian Ministry of Trade website to check if our company registered. Just type "RAHADIAN DANADIPA PERKASA" and you will see that our company is registered there. Please keep in mind that the website is in Indonesian language. We use Paypal and 2checkout as our main payment gateway. We had to go through verification process before we can use their services legitimately. So you can be sure that this is a legit store.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
We can ship to everywhere except the moon and beyond. ^_^

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Because of high demand of our items, order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up between 7 to 30 days.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different warehouses so some gifts might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other gifts, please click our shipping tracking page.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We listed our items as low value so that you will get tax exempt. However, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By getting your items here, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. 

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
